Today，l made chocolate Macarons all day long. It's a high-grade dessert of France. The dessert is too sweet, so that i must be to reduce the sugar. Lack of "feet" was caused by just some sugar.
今天我做一整天的巧克力馬可龍。它是來自法國的高級甜點。這種甜點太甜了，因此我必須減糖量。缺少了裙邊是添加少許糖所造成的。這是減糖作法，所以裙擺並不是很明顯，除了温度外糖量越低，裙擺就越不明顯喔！馬卡龍最有名的是那件漂亮的裙子，即然是馬卡龍，為了拍照用，所以多少還是得見到短短的裙子吧！
